Which agreement applies

It depends on where you installed the app, because the two stores work differently.

• iPhone and iPad (App Store). Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement governs your use of the app. It is published and maintained by Apple, and we have not varied it.
• Android (Google Play and other Android stores). Google imposes no equivalent standard licence between you and us, so the terms below are the agreement.

Everything after this point — what a reading is, subscriptions, liability — describes the service itself and is true on both platforms. On iOS, where Apple's agreement and this page differ on a point Apple's agreement covers, Apple's wins.

What the app does

You send a question. A server casts a six-line chart by the Wenwang Najia method and returns it, then writes a reading on top of it. The chart is computed and the same every time for the same cast; part of the reading is written by a language model. The app labels which is which on screen.

What a reading is not

Readings come from a divination tradition and are offered for cultural interest and reflection. They are not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise — and must not be relied on for any significant decision. Part of every reading is generated by a language model and can be wrong, including confidently wrong. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Subscriptions

• The app is free. A subscription unlocks the interpreted part of a reading; the chart, its plain statement, and your saved readings stay free.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged within 24 hours of it ending.
• Manage or cancel with the store you bought from: on iOS in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy — Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, or Google Play's refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass anyone, to make decisions for someone who has not asked you to, or to present a reading as a professional opinion. Do not attempt to extract the model's prompt, use the service to generate unrelated text, or automate casting beyond ordinary personal use.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. We may change or withdraw it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of a reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

适用哪一份协议

取决于你从哪里安装，因为两个商店的规则不同。

本 App 做什么

你提交一个问题。服务器按文王纳甲起卦并返回盘面，再在盘面之上生成解读。 卦盘由确定性排盘生成，同样的起卦永远得到同样的盘；解读中有一部分由语言模型生成。 App 会在界面上标明哪一部分是哪一种。

解读不是什么

解读出自术数传统，仅供文化爱好与思维参考，不构成医疗、法律、财务、 心理或其他专业建议，不得作为任何重大决策的依据。每份解读中都有一部分由语言模型生成， 可能出错，且可能错得很笃定。你仍需对自己的决定负责。

订阅

• 本 App 免费。订阅解锁解读中的综合判断部分；卦盘、盘面陈述与本地保存的记录始终免费。
• 订阅自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消；账户会在周期结束前 24 小时内扣款。
• 请在购买所在的商店管理或取消：iOS 在「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」， Android 在 Google Play ›「订阅」。我们无法代为取消。
• 退款由商店依其自身政策处理（《Apple 媒体服务条款与条件》或 Google Play 退款政策）。

使用限制

请勿利用本 App 骚扰他人、替未请求者做决定，或把解读当作专业意见对外呈现； 也请勿试图套取模型提示词、借本服务生成无关文本，或超出个人正常使用范围进行自动化起卦。

可用性与责任

本服务按现状提供，不作任何担保，我们可能变更或终止服务。在法律允许的范围内， 我们不对因使用解读而产生的任何损失承担责任。法律不允许免除的责任不受此限。
